Foreword: By Rev Dr Alistair P Petrie This book is an astonishing navigational tool enabling us to understand the history of the church – both past and present. It gives us insight and understanding into many issues that are normally complex and at times quite contentious. However, it also enables us to chart our preparations for the remaining years before the return of the Bridegroom. I sincerely believe this is a must-read tool for everyone who is serious about end-time issues and who wants to respond to the warnings of Matthew 24 and 25 with competence and diligence. Rarely have I come across one book that covers such a vast array of subjects with prophetic insight and pragmatic direction. It will challenge every serious reader in his or her worldview. It will challenge us all in the way we understand and practice ‘church’. The use of such terms as ‘Platonic virus’ and our being called ‘image-bearers’ are in themselves expressions that require honest and serious attention. Our planet is plagued with humanism and deism, but at the same time is crying out for answers and hope.
