Ben F. Gray - Church, Ministry & Mission Consultant

Having been a full time pastor, a missions and ministry director, as well as running several multi - million dollar marketing and sales businesses, I have over 35 years of consultancy experience to draw on.

Over the years, in serving on different church and business leadership and management teams, I have been called upon to provide consultative advice in areas such as human resource management, leadership and organizational development, as well as assisting emerging leaders in their personal and ministry life.

Over recent years my consultancy has centered mainly on church, ministry and mission related organizations. My experience has shown that it's preferable to tailor the consultancy and training required by an organization, around their core-values, culture, vision and goals. In this I seek to adapt the material and create relevant scenarios which suite the church and organizations unique context. I strive to be flexible and encouraging, providing helpful suggestions for implementation and follow up of the concepts under discussion.

I have a passion to help leaders and organizations align ‘who they are', with their vision and mission, around their core strengths in order to provide greater impact for the organization and satisfaction for the personnel involved. I'm also passionate about helping leaders grow their impact, through releasing others into their calling and mission, and in equipping emerging leaders.

My consultancy story is quite simple. Having done dozens of consultations with various churches, groups, business and mission organizations in Australia and overseas, my motto is quite simple:- to come alongside you and your team and to help those things that make you such a unique and distinctive work of God's grace, grow and become more effective for the kingdom.
