Ben F. Gray is the man behind the dream and vision of Vocations 4Life.

Vocations 4Life is a Kingdom ministry that serves the Church - the people of God. Vocations 4Life is not looking for believers to serve our vision; instead we enable them to discover their own vocation and calling. It is our belief that the more of us who operate in our vocation and calling the more dynamic and Christ-like the Church will become.

Ben began this part of his journey whilst consulting with churches and ministries in the 90's, as he was called upon to assist leaders and their churches train and empower people into effective ministry. He designed the original course, in the latter part of 2000 as a face-to-face seminar to run over several days with a follow up individual consultation.

Over the next few years much work and experimentation followed, from which books have been written, materials developed and many people helped through discovering their vocation.

Since that time, what is now called Vocations 4Life has gone through a metamorphous in design and implementation, as he, with the help of dedicated individuals, have lifted it to its present format. Over the past year he and his team have moved the program to an online delivery model that greatly improves accessibility. A key reason behind this new model was to assist those from across the globe who have wanted to participate in one of his Vocations 4Life seminars.

Ben is passionate to see individuals deepen their intimacy with Jesus Christ, understand how they are made in the image of a passionate God and accomplish the eternal purpose of God for all creation. He is a leader, speaker, author and consultant, who, through travelling the globe in church, mission and business activities, has developed communication and leadership skills to impact a generation for Jesus. Ben is the apostolic leader of CHI Ministries - a non-denominational network of Kingdom ministry, Strategic Prayer and Global Missions - and founder and apostolic oversight of the Australian Prayer Network.
