The Vocations 4 Life Course opened a whole new world of possibilities for Caroline and I, and was a catalyst that led to us moving our family to Cambodia to serve God and join the team at Samaritan’s Purse. The course helped both of us define our areas of passion and where we felt that God could be leading us. The teaching was very thorough and also highly practical, and at the end of the course in the handbook is the question ‘if you could do anything for God what could it be?’. What was interesting for both Caroline and I was that independently we both wrote down our desires to serve God in a developing country through working towards alleviating poverty and helping children reach their potential.
